You will be introduced to all the fundamental AYAMA principles and begin to experience the power of muscle activation through specialized practices that address the whole body. * This level is ideal for anyone and a prerequisite for Level 2 + 3.

Level 2 curriculum contains over 60 in-depth lessons and practices to take your AYAMA journey to the next level! *Level 2 is open to anyone who has completed Level 1. 

Level 3 curriculum is for anyone who has completed Level 1 + 2 and is ready to step fully into living a pain-free life and share the AYAMA practices with others. Those who are certified in Level 3 will be able to teach AYAMA!

The total bundle is for those wanting to complete AYAMA certification with an Online Yoga Teacher Training with Yogi Aaron.

*Successful completion of levels 1, 2, and 3 are required to teach ayama.
